Called around 10am to have an appt for 2pm. Showed up 10min before my appt, and the first thing the receptionist asked was “you didn’t want dip right? …. I hadn’t really decided what I wanted yet but she made me feel like they didn’t make time for a “dip set” for me so I chose gel. After being sat and waiting for about 20min, I got up and asked the receptionist for one of their “complementary” drinks while I wait…(they also didn’t have all the beverages they displayed) I got told my wait wouldn’t be long but my tech wasn’t sat and ready until 2:45! She also seemed very confused on what I wanted and had two other techs assist in finding the right color. After getting started, she definitely took her time and made sure to ask if my shape looked& length looked good. I agreed. Overall design could’ve been a little better but So far I’m 3 days in and they still look good. It’s a so/so experience. First pic is what they did, second is the inspiration pic

So I went to this place to get a nail removal. I had to close nails done by someone else and they very lightly buffed my natural nail so it really should have been fine to have them removed. Not only did she pull some of them off which broke one of my nails. She ripped them off with clippers and stuff and use a fake nail tip to pry some of them off. This is not how you remove Nails I would never go here to get my nails done because of the way they removed my previous set.

I usually go to B Nails, but their air conditioner was not working so went to their sister facility, Tipsy. Really like it! Very clean, staff is super friendly, and I like how they separated the pedicure area from the nail stations. Will still go back to B Nail, but if ever I need a back up…tipsy it will be!
