I wasn’t pleased at all. Came in for a gel mani and pedi. The nail tech asked me if I knew how much they were. I said I didn’t, and she just chuckled and went on. Total was $102 which is a bit steep, but not outrageous for a gel mani/pedi. However it was extremely high for what I received. I asked her to cut down my toenails, she barely cut them and they hang over the edge of my toes still. For my fingers, I had a couple broken nails but the rest were still long. I asked her to even them all out, but she left 2 significantly longer than the rest, which just looks weird. I also asked her to focus on my cuticles (since I know they’re pretty aggressive), but she barely nipped them at all. Also, less than 3 days later, the polish is discolored, flaking off, and chipping. My last manicure (from another place) lasted well over 5 weeks without any problems. The place seemed nice and clean, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing, especially for the price.

If you enjoy super thick acrylic nails, then this is your nail salon, and there are no air purifiers within this salon. If you are monomer sensitive, your going to walk away with a migraine.

This salon is amazing!! They are very kind, caring, and attentive. They are also very accommodating and great with my handicapped Mother! The salon has been made extremely safe due to COVID-19 and the salon is very clean. My nails are always done with great attention to detail and they last with no breakage or lifting. I love my visits to the salon to see Amanda and Jo. Jo is sure to make you laugh!

They are always well versed on current trends and really have a great selection of colors depending on the type of service (shellac, gel, dip). I have had great experiences over the years and that has what kept me coming back. I have also referred several of my friends here and they have been equally as pleased. Now after opening up after 10 weeks closed due to COVID 19 I am more impressed than ever. I have been going to Tips and Toes for over a dozen years and I have always appreciated how thoughtful they have been with their cleaning routines as well as the services they provide. They are always well versed on current trends and really have a great selection of colors depending on the type of service (shellac, gel, dip). I have had great experiences over the years and that has what kept me coming back. I have also referred several of my friends here and they have been equally as pleased. Now after opening up after 10 weeks closed due to COVID 19 I am more impressed than ever. I love this salon! Everywhere I go people ask me where I’ve gotten my nails done because they are so beautiful. I just get a simple French manicure, And it’s amazing what kind of magic These guys do with something so simple.

I got a facial in the beginning of July 2019 where I was told it was a one time thing for $75. So I did it.. and once she got to the end she informed me I needed another session which would be covered because she didn’t have time to finish. I came back and she charged me another $75 (which I was told I didn’t have to pay). Since only half of my face was treated, I decided to do it anyways. She then told me AGAIN I would have to come in a third time. I never went back.. and it is January 2020 and I still have horrible scaring from the acupuncture treatment she gave me. I went to a dermatologist and they said it was so poorly done that my scarring may never fully go away. I’m furious with the care I received and long lasting scarring I got all over my face. Seems like these people are only in it to scam you for money.

My first time at this nail salon and it was an ok experience. I read previous reviews on this establishment on YELP which is why I decided to try it. I had a 1:00 appointment for a basic manicure and arrived 10 minutes early. They took me in immediately, no waiting at all. Nail tech was efficient, although not very talkative. Didn’t greet me when she began working on my nails but I figured she may be shy. I was in there was less than a half-hour and the price was reasonable at $17.00. I would consider going there again if I need another manicure.

I always go once a month for monthly pedicures. My paint does last for a whole month. The message chairs are nice. Bring cash for a tip you can not leave it on a credit card. Basic pedicure is 32.00. They do have OPI brand nail polishes. Call for an appointment. They will take you as soon as you get there for your appointment which is nice because time is valuable.

I did not enjoy my pedicure here. The place is a bit shabby. The chairs are worn. Employees that don’t have a customer sit on their phones in the chairs opposite you and talk among themselves. It’s awkward. The pedicure itself was just okay. Nails were cut too short and the polish did not last as well as it does when I go to my regular place. Won’t go back.
