A problem with most salons is that many techs will perform well; however, once they get comfortable the slacking starts. The salon was recommended by an acquaintance of mine, and I was also made aware to specifically ask for Sandy who is the owner. I explained and showed the issues I had with the last few salons, and Sandy did a marvelous job on my nails, as well as assigned a tech for the Pedi. True the salon is on the pricey end; therefore, I expect a certain level of service. The first visit was great. Keep in mind that I always make an appointment on a bi-weekly basis for a dip and a deluxe pedicure. The second visit was not so great. Sandy left early and I had a different, and another gal took over, as well as having a different Pedi tech. The nails did not turn out so great, and the Pedi results were disappointing. I felt that after a 65.00 pedicure I should not have to feel the calluses after one week. I did call and started how disappointed I was and if I make an appointment with Sandy I expect her to perform the service and have the same pedi tech as well. Sandy was very apologetic and assured me that she will do my nails going forward. All was well for the next few appointments. The salon did call when Sandy was sick and gave me an option to reschedule. I already had three weeks since the last dip and decided to try the recommended tech. The job was horrible, not only did one of the nail tips break but the nails were not buffed properly and I looked as if I had dents and scratches. I called and Sandy fixed as much as possible. After that, I absolutely refuse to have anyone else but Sandy do the dip. The pics I have posted are Sandys performance. She is amazing. The nails are smooth the edges of the cuticle are nice neat and when the nail grows out are nice and round.

This is literally the best nail salon I have ever been to. If you are questioning whether or not you should go here, GO HERE! You will not regret it. The owner is such a sweetheart and truly knows how to satisfy each client. Most importantly the nail salon is very clean, organized, and provides great customer service. To top it all off, the staff are very friendly!

This is it, and I can see why. The place is clean, great atmosphere, good music. The technicians are friendly and professional. Sandy did my nails and she was so sweet and efficient, and able to multi-task. She was running a bit behind because they were so busy, but she worked quickly with amazing results. The place is clean, great atmosphere, good music. The technicians are friendly and professional. Sandy did my nails and she was so sweet and efficient, and able to multi-task. Love getting my nails done here! Everyone is professional and it’s always clean. My nail polish never chips…I don’t know what their magic is but it lasts pedi to pedi. They’re always able to get my in last minute also which is great!

Got a mani/pedi, as a new customer I shared my concern for what I was looking for. Very natural looking nails, not thick like I’ve had done to me in the past, and I wanted them to last more than a few days while keeping my natural nails healthy. Well she asked to put tips on a few of my brittle shorter nails to even them. I said ok (distracted because they did my nails and toes at the same time which I HATE) when I realized she had put tips on 7 NAILS … told her she mind as well do them all at that point … anyways they used the wrong colors, my nails look thick and square and ugly. Won’t return.
