Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis is the second time my mom and I have come here, the first time we came they turned us away because they were “too busy” with only one person sitting in a chair. The second time we came here it took 20 minutes just for them to start on us, then after my nails were finished I sat in the chair to get a pedicure, I have been sitting here for over an hour with not even being started, when we asked if I was getting my pedicure he said the lady went to go pick up his son and I had to wait. Yet he made us pay before hand before even finishing our nails. Ridiculous! We will NEVER come back here again. This is the second time my mom and I have come here, the first time we came they turned us away because they were “too busy” with only one person sitting in a chair. The second time we came here it took 20 minutes just for them to start on us, then after my nails were finished I sat in the chair to get a pedicure, I have been sitting here for over an hour with not even being started, when we asked if I was getting my pedicure he said the lady went to go pick up his son and I had to wait. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHe was on his phone or doing something else other than my nails. Price was unreasonable for the full set of nails I got. He was very rude and rough. My nails are very thick, different sizes, and my thumbs are completely different shapes then the rest of my nails. Was a big waste of time and money and I don’t plan on going back.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueTony was great! Came in at almost 6:30pm, and they accepted me as a walk-in, even though the sign says they close @ 7pm, he didn’t rush and took his time. Half way through 2 people came in asking for pedicures, by this time it had to be past 7, but he accepted, and even called someone to come assist. Happy to say my full set came out great! Will definitely be coming back in two weeks to get them done again!!Tony was great! Half way through 2 people came in asking for pedicures, by this time it had to be past 7, but he accepted, and even called someone to come assist. Happy to say my full set came out great! Critical: QualityMy Toe Nail Paint is very poor. I paid for 2 pedicures and one full set for myself&sis of $110 ridiculous pricing for a rush job. All my sister and I wanted to do was relax and enjoy this bond together however not everyone wants to do the customer service portion of the business.
