Critical: ProfessionalismDo not go here if you purchased a Groupon. They will not honor it and will look for any way to slimeball their way out of it. I went in for lower leg hair removal and their doctor said he could not do it unless I also chose to get the hair on my thighs removed. I told him that’s not what my Groupon was for and that he was just trying to tack services on.He said “ethically” he couldn’t do it bc it would not look right. If I want laser hair removal on only one leg and not the other, that’s my prerogative and not theirs. They are just mad bc I am using a Groupon and didn’t want anything else. I was not disqualified from the service due to health or medical condition but solely bc the doctor thought “it wouldn’t look right” if I only did my lower legs and not my entire legs.Terrible business and terrible doctor. No one ever called me or asked how my treatment was going as in result’s. I was extremely dissatisfied and would never come here again.

He said because my skin was a shade too dark, he would have to use a special machine, a service he did not believe I could afford. He did not offer to tell me the new costs related to having brown skin, he basically refused to serve me because of my skin color, in front of my child.
