Been getting haircuts from Ke’Azia for a while now and I will never go to anyone else!! She cuts my face framing perfect every time and I always leave feeling 10x more beautiful than when I came in! Iv never had a bad haircut from her! She specializes in curly hair but I have stick straight hair and that does not stop her from giving a great haircut! Not only is she a great hairstylist, she makes such good conversation & makes the appt go by so fast with her lovely personality. I always look forward to getting my haircuts from her! 10/10. HIGHLY recommend!

Such a great experience! Ke’Azia is a perfect angel who made me feel at home even though it was my first time there. She got exactly what I wanted and when I left my hair was shiny and felt so healthy 🙂 Give her a raise!

Not only have I been a client here for over 10 years, I have worked he for over 10 years! The service I’ve received as a client has been professional, they listen well, I have always felt very relaxed in the space and I always get what I ask for! As an employee, I can also say that the owner is genuinely driven to make the salon a top notch spot to receive your pampering but also to work! I’ve been to RZ salon before but it has been a year or two. I called on a Wednesday asking if by chance if they might have an opening for a hair appointment on Friday. I was told that sure enough, there were openings available on Friday however, since it has been awhile since I’ve been in that I would have to go into the salon for a free consultation first. I asked if this could be done on Friday, before the scheduled appointment and she said no, that it must be done on a different day. So that left me the evening of the day that I called, OR the next day to figure out how to get time off work and childcare all so that I could go into the salon for a free consultation before my appt Friday. I explained to her that I’ve been to the salon before and simply want the same thing done that I always have gotten done. She said it didn’t matter and that if I can’t come in for the free consultation before the day of my appointment, that there was no way to book the hair appt for Friday. The call ended without me getting a hair appt even though they had availability. This seriously blew my mind. While I appreciate the idea of a consultation if the client requests it, this is just unreasonable.

You never know what you’re going to get. The last person who said she understood thick, curly, bushy hair did not. She pushed HARD to up sell products and grabbed about $100.00 worth off the shelf and brought it to the register. They now take tips (not having to worry about that was one of the best things about the place). It’s fine if you found someone there who works, if not, good luck.

I have been going to RZ for eight years. It is a luxurious experience every time. The towels are hot, the hair washing area is darkened, and all of the stylists are very talented. I have never got a bad haircut their and some of my best haircuts have been there. You can book stylists by level, the level one pricing is pretty reasonable, and the level one stylists are above average. They just haven’t been with the company long. I 100% recommend RZ to any woman. I don’t know how well or often they cut guy hair.
