I would leave zero stars if I could. I came in for a full in and to replace one nail for my acrylic set and needed a trim. He barely took any length off and shaped my nails the way he wanted, not the way I asked him to. They are also not shaped the same on each finger. He was rough when working on my fingers. I also specifically asked for regular nail polish and he refused it and used gel and began arguing that gel is better and I don’t know what I’m talking about. It may be better but it’s not what I asked for. I will never go back and am HIGHLY disappointed.

I had an appointment elsewhere and when I arrived they were closed for an emergency. I was traveling early the next day and was in need of a pedicure. I called Time Spa at the last minute and they took me even though they were closing SOON. I met Michael. He was fabulous. I had a nice conversation with him. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this experience was. Thanks Michael and family.
