I have been to see the owner 4 times now for “cell rejuvenation facial” for my terrible hormonal acne and have been on spirolactone (medication) as well I was recommended to have these facials done by a friend of mine and it helped her skin and it had made me SKIN NEW it’s insane even after two of the facials my skin changed and I didn’t want to leave the house before and now I feel so much better and Kristy made me feel comfortable the whole time being it isn’t the most relaxing facial she really talked me through the process 10/10!

My experience was not bad at all the girls were very nice and welcoming. The reason I give two stars is because I had never done a lash lift before and was very excited. My lashes are straight and blonde and I was imagining nice curled “lifted” lashes and I got them tinted. After, only the tips were curled and the extra tint was all over my eyes and they didn’t give me much information on why and asked me to come back to redo it. I didn’t do it and thank gosh because now my lashes are completely straight again after a week and are falling out and feel melted. For me personally I’m not doing it again.

Seeing Kristy for my acne and hyperpigmentation has been great. She customized a plan for my at-home regimen, and it has really helped address my concerns (especially when I’m diligent!). As far as my in-office treatments, Kristy customizes them on the spot to address whatever is bothering me most (and let me tell you, she’s got plenty of tricks up her sleeve). I feel like Kristy is my companion on the journey to better skin – not like I’m just another client. I’d highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who is both personable and knowledgeable.
