Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTiger Tan & Spa is truly a breath of fresh air in every way! It is so like walking into a neighbor’s home instead of a business. It’s family-owned and the staff genuinely care about making you feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. Unlike the “other” nearby salons, the staff is friendly, professional and they actually remember your names! 🙂 They won’t pressure you to buy expensive products every time you visit, and they’re knowledgeable about the tanning beds, products, etc. – unlike the “others”, where every time I went in there was a new employee who knew nothing about the beds’ functions and had the same answer for every question, which was “I’m sorry, I don’t know that”. If you live or work around Katy and are looking for an entirely different tanning experience, stop in and give it a try! The gals are always on their A game, Ericka gave me the 411 on tanning and took her time. Answered all of my questions, and explained the whole process to me, and it’s always super clean!
