The woman who provided the service was extremely rude from the start. She didn’t want to help me find a color that I was trying to match. She told me to just look. She hardly massaged my feet or scrubbed them to make the bottoms smoother. When I kindly asked if she could scrub a little more she told me she tried her best and didn’t. Then when I was getting my polish change she was filing my nails and I asked if she could file two nails a little more and she told me to pay for a full manicure next time. It was the rudest worst experience ever and will never go back.

Tiffany 3 is a place you feel welcome as soon as you step in the door. Appointments are on time with quality products used, a staff that does excellent treatments with a warm, friendly attitude. You feel good when you leave. My girl is Hana & I’ve been seeing her for years. There’s little staff turnover which is nice. I highly recommend Tiffany 3 Nails.

My mom and myself have been going to Tiffani Nails for over 2 years. Today my mom got her nails done. My mom wanted a touch up for 2 nails and asked Katie, who she has seen for the past two years, if she could fix them. Katie fixed them with no problem at all. Once my mom paid and tipped, Katie said in front of my mom and to everyone “Next time dont come to me, and if you dont like it dont come to this place.” We were very confused and taken back by this. My mom told her all she wanted was to fix 2 nails, not that I dont like the nails. To which Katie responded “Just go, dont come back and go.” We are still so confused where her yelling and anger came from, but needless to say we will not be returning or recommend this place if this is how workers treat loyal customers.
