Hands down, for 35.00 I’m not sure what I actually paid for. I have very strong nails already. Two were broken, I requested two nails added with regular polish. The First Lady did such a horrible job with paint and the two nails she added were basically lumps at the end of my two fingers. Thile fixed them, however all the filing caused two cuts to both the fingers, which are still bleeding on day two. This place was recommended to me as the best nail bar in Columbia, I’m very disappointed and had higher expectations.

Critical: QualityI had a pedicure and a full set on Oct 2nd. I was hopeful as the reviews seem great!! Pedicure was fine and then I had my full set placed, not sure of the ladys name but if you walk straight in last chair to the left is where I sat. She didn’t rush, it was okay but once i got to my car i noticed that my thumb nail was about 1/2 off my nail bed. I immediately went back in and the owner fixed it with no issues. I wish she would have done my entire set. Her work was great, since leaving I noticed my pinky on my left hand is completely crooked and I have glue all over my hands and nails and some of the gel is even stuck on my cuticles and my nails are different in thickness. I absolutely loved coming here for my nails and feet but my latest experience with my pedicure hasn’t been the best. The paint must be old because half the paint on my right foot is gone and it’s only been a week and this is supposed to be gel ? Definitely not worth my $50 and said to say I won’t be back due this experience. I work too hard for my money for it to be wasted due to poor quality materials.

Please let me tell you how absolutely amazing Thile is, I had my nails done twice in one week BEFORE I saw Thile and they were horrible quality and paint jobs. Thile removed what was left of my old nails and put a fresh set on me. When she asked what I wanted I was so frustrated by my prior nails I was not sure. She just smiled and asked if I wanted “something cute”. I gave her artistic authority to take over and she DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I received non-stop complements on my nails from SC, to TX, and NC while traveling. I even had my security person with TSA in Dallas TX stop me and demand to see how gorgeous they were. Not even this photo does them justice. Thile is absolutely amazing and recommend her 10,000% to ANYONE who wants the wow effect! P.S. they matched my dress to the formal event I attended later that week PERFECTLY and she knew nothing about the dress at any point when she was doing my nails. I am overly satisfied with her work!
