The facials here are great I got mine done by Lorena definitely 10/10. Not to mention the atmosphere of the place is phenomenal. However, when I returned to get my eyebrows waxed by another employee I was disappointed. My eyebrows looked okay at the end but the process wasn’t what I expected. I don’t know what the waxing routine is like here but I felt like it was rushed, she went right in with the wax without pre-cleansing the area and after trimming my eyebrows she didn’t bother to brush the excess hairs off my face, and she didn’t apply a post-soothing lotion. Idk normally these things are done, right? I don’t think it was worth $24.

Everytime I go there – I leave the place with great satisfaction of services. I don’t know about face services. Mckale – honestly, she is unbelievably cool and professional!!! I went in for an enzyme facial and lash lift. Facial was amazing! I felt they took their time and my skin has been amazing since. Lash lift was also great, I have never done one before but I think I’m going to start getting them done more often. Super cute and relaxing space.

Went in here after work one day and got lucky enough to be seen within 15 minutes for a brow wax with Chavon I believe her name was. She did a great job not only with my brows but also making me feel comfortable. Very easy to talk to and definitely knows what she’s doing. Will definitely be back!
