Thoughtful Outrage
I heard of this place from 2 satisfied customers, checked out the website and it seems their services are exactly what I need to resolve my problems and get back to work. I called 4 times in 4 days, during their business hours. No one answered the phone ever. Each time I called I left a message with my contact number and and I have never received a call back. If they don’t want any more clients that’s fine, but the least they could do is either have a message to that effect on their answering machine. THEY DIDN’T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL ME BACK AND TELL ME THEY DIDN’T WANT ME AS A CUSTOMER!!!! CERTAINLY HOPE THAT THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE IF THEY EVER CALL YOU BACK IS BETTER THAN THEIR RESPONSE TO PEOPLE CALLING!!!! V E R Y D I S A P P O I N T I N G !!!!!!
