Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went into this salon as a walk in today. After waiting for about 15 min the one and only stylist was ready. She asked me what I wanted and so I showed her a picture of a beveled Bob. She looked at the picture for several minutes and then said she has several clients with the same cut and that it is a difficult tedious cut (red flag). Then she took my hair out of the ponytail and told me my hair was ‘a mess’ and refused to cut my hair. It was embarrassing….she was especially rude and unprofessional. I went into this salon as a walk in today. After waiting for about 15 min the one and only stylist was ready. She asked me what I wanted and so I showed her a picture of a beveled Bob. She looked at the picture for several minutes and then said she has several clients with the same cut and that it is a difficult tedious cut (red flag).
