Wonderful place to stay for a getaway. More beautiful than we expected. Bring water with you for the trip because we had to keep buying water. Otherwise, the people were kind and the stay was relaxing and quiet. The Shoppes is walking distance from the hotel and the restaurant and bar is in the same building. Great for couples and even kids because the Shoppes have fun things for the kids. There’s also a pool in the building. I notice a lot of wedding ballrooms and opportunities for wedding pictures. So good place for weddings.

Had my first facial and massage at east winds today ! KAT IS THE BEST !!!! She did my facial and she was the sweetest human ever and did such an amazing job !! It was such an amazing experience! And will definitely be coming back to East Winds because of Kat ❤️❤️ My skin feels amazing !! Alex was my masseuse and my body has never felt better!!!! Thank you

For a fun end of school year celebration, My mom took me to The Spa at East Wind for my first teen facial. Unfortunately, my day at the spa did not go well. Upon entering the room the esthetician asked me if I had allergies. I stated, “yes, to peanut, pistachio and cashew.” The esthetician decided she was uncomfortable proceeding with my facial and informed the spa manager to see what she should do with me. Instead of knocking on my mom’s treatment door for her to be informed about what happened and made aware of the situation, the manager placed me in a “public” relaxation room with only a robe alone with adult men and women unattended without my mom’s consent or knowledge of where I was for an hour! I was uncomfortable and mortified and did not understand why they would not tell my mom what happened. They just kept repeating “we don’t want to interrupt her relaxing massage!” When my mom was done with her massage and saw me sitting in that room she immediately asked to speak to the manager who did not seem to understand the gravity of the situation by placing a minor child in a situation like that! I’m currently going through Oral Immunotherapy for my allergies. A facial is completely safe for me to have even with trace amount of my allergens in it; however, the manager refused to show my mom and I the ingredient deck on the packaging of the products they wanted to use. I’m sad and upset that I was treated that way and we left clearly not relaxed or happy with The Spa at East Wind.

This place should get no stars like the rest of the East Winds hotel. They didn’t have any appointment for the two days that we were staying there. They probably don’t have any nail technicians and just advertise it to get ppl to book here. What a scam!

Pretty pricy but the service was just amazing. Ann was my massage therapist and her experience really showed! Very kind and down to earth! My Facial was done by Lisa and the same her, her experience really showed, especially with her advice on the redness I had. Both women are complete gems. My women had John as a massage therapist she said he was good and helpful with advice, and unfortunately the nail tech didn’t say her name but had answers to the questions that were asked. *Big plus she says is they have ring cleaners you put your rings in as you get your nails done.* rather than working with them on. Very happy overall with the services!

It was ok. Got the couples massage.. it was good besides the waiting transition times between events. They didn’t explain there is a jacuzzi in the massage room and its all one couples package.. I would have liked to be informed ahead of time. Dani was a great massage therapist.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityIm getting married here next year, my father wanted to give me and my sisters a relaxing day to see if i wanted to use this spa for my wedding. And let me tell you if i could give no stars i would. We had the worst experience!! The front desk was so nasty trying to over pay us when our gift card had over $1000 for the 4 spa treatments. She was screaming at my sister which made my mom so upset , the front desk ended up being wrong and we ended up getting a credit back after waiting for the manager to clear things up. The receptionist made the whole glass display table fall as she was rudely walking around us telling us to just leave and get out of her face. It was literally the worst experience of my life and many of people in the spa locker room was saying how bad it was and how much it changed. My family all walked out of there upset, crying and so unrelaxed after spending $1000 in the spa. Needless to say i would never recommend to anyone especially your wedding day. I can’t say enough about how lovely my stay here was. Clean, spacious room, great restaurant, beautiful grounds, and amazing spa downstairs with fairly reasonable prices and a huge menu of services. Unfortunately we were here off-season and there was hardly anyone around.
