Great location in the center of healdbsurg. The spa is a bit outdated. Cracked and failing tiles line the shower floors in the locker rooms. The reception was very kind. The masseuse was professional and did a really great job. Currently they aren’t allowing use of the pool/ spa unless you are a hotel guest which detracts from the general experience. Maybe this will change soon. All in all the experience was good but underwhelming. The lounge bar afterwards with live music was quite nice. At some point management / ownership may want to look into a renovation but I’d point out of you have your guests showering on a pile of in set tiles there is most likely some type of disconnect. The massage gets a 9. The facility more of a 6. Thanks for having us in.

Nice clean facility, but seems expensive for what you get. Overall the spa is pretty tiny, not many areas to lounge other than one small sitting room behind the reception area. Locker room is tiny with one stall for a shower and one stall for a toilet. Pool is nice but hot tub is in a strange hidden location and needs to be updated.

Very clean day Spa. I was a little disappointed they didn’t have more than one shower in the bathroom. There was a line to get in. I appreciated the ambiance of the waiting areas and the Rose. I had a great CBD massage. I wish I booked a longer appointment, the technique feels amazing. I also wish they weren’t out of the CBD cream at their gift shop.

Definitely do not recommend. The person running the front desk was one of the least personable people I’ve met when going to a spa. I mentioned that I was a few minutes late because I had not idea where to go and she looked at my account and said “But you live locally”. To get to the door I was forced to walk through a private party of a bunch of people having breakfast. I mentioned this not for myself but so they could improve their service for other people. The locker room is tiny and not elegant at all. Myself and 3 other ladies were given lockers right next to or on top of each other so we kept apologizing for being in each other’s way. I scheduled a signature massage but received and was charged for a deep tissue massage. Throughout the entire experience I could hear the conversation in the next room. It was totally distracting and not what you would expect when paying $135.

Very disappointing experience. First they lost out reservations and were unable to rebook for original times. Secondly the front desk staff isn’t very welcoming. They point you were you need to go and move on. The facilities a very limited , tiny lounge area , no sauna or steam room, one bathroom and one shower. So if you want to have a relaxing day at the spa take your money somewhere else.
