Because of those massages, I recovered quickly and was dancing Zumba 2 weeks after my surgery. Since then, Heather continues to provide Lymph Massages however she also stretches me, provides “cupping” which is great and of course there is no better at Deep Tissue Massage. Because of those massages, I recovered quickly and was dancing Zumba 2 weeks after my surgery.
