I was a new client today. I have not been to a stylist in years because of a bad experience (at a different place). Rachel styled my hair and did awesome. Everyone was real friendly and made me feel welcomed. I will be back, Rachel was so sweet and assured me this would be a great cut. My only complaint would be add to/upgrade the furniture, otherwise I loved this place!

I moved here from NY and it took me years to find a salon I liked. They are on the more expensive end but I find they’re worth it. Each person there seems to have their specialty and they are all really nice. Someone I worked with suggested I try this place because she knew i was frustrated with my hair. I met Hayley and she is amazing. I came to her 6 months before my wedding with box dyed hair. I mean multiple box dye colors. She fixed it and made my hair look awesome. I now will only go to her. She is absolutely incredible and I’m so glad I found her. I highly recommend this place.

I travel for work so getting a hair cut is always interesting. It’s been about 2 months since I got my hair cut at this salon and I don’t like to give bad reviews but this was the worst hair cut I’ve ever had. Haley was the stylist and a very nice girl but didn’t listen to anything I said and didn’t even look at the picture. When I pointed out to her that the picture shows the hair over the women’s collar she said “Oh there was a miscommunication”…what between your eyes and a photo???? My hair was barely below the hair line in the back and shorter in the middle and two “tails” on either side. It is so uneven it’s unbelievable. My husband who has never made a bad comment on any haircut I’ve chosen actually asked if they used scissors or a weed eater. I told her that in no way could she razor cut my hair so she didn’t but instead used scissors like a razor so now my hair is so coarse I can’t do a thing with it and it’s going to months before I can get this mess straigtened out. It’s actually bad enough that I’m embarrased to go out in public. I’m not saying that all of the stylists are bad just that Haley is young and doesn’t have much experience and obviously thinks she knows more than the customer. Hopefully she will learn to listen and pay attention before she creates more disasters.

My hair stylist, Rachel, deserves a 5 star rating, but I’m rating this SALON a 3 based on the high prices for services. I have a very short boy cut and wear a wig frequently. I was charged $42 for a haircut, when a male customer, with longer hair than mine was charged $35. The next time, I asked for a man’s haircut and was told I couldn’t have one because I’m a woman. Seems like discrimination to me. This salon also does NOT offer any senior or military discounts. The salon was recently remodeled but didn’t replace the old fashioned sinks or worn flooring. It is in the midst of Florida’s fastest growing retirement community, so most of the clientele is over 55. We would like comfortable arm chairs in the lobby and relaxing spa music…not the pulsing, loud, music continuously playing. Please consider a senior discount to offset the high prices.

Love this salon. Haley is my stylist and she is the BEST. She is always really to try new haircuts when I bring pictures in and does cut my hair exactly the way I asked. They make you feel at home here.

Beware I’ve been trying to speak with someone for almost 2 weeks even sent a message but no one answers the phone or return voicemails maybe they are not open anymore sad because few years ago I had a great experience. Disappointed that now I needed to search for a different salon.
