I’ve been going to Audrey for my cut and color and as a treat to myself I had extensions put in and I absolutely LOVE them!! They look perfect to the point that people are shocked when I tell them my length and volume is all because of the extensions! 10/10 would recommend this service I’m so happy with my hair. Had to include a before and after picture because I can’t believe my hair is finally the length I’ve always wanted!!

Worst service ever!! Had Jennifer for touch up roots after she asked someone else my colors I sat there an hour with color then almost another hour for the part of my head she missed. As she worked on someone else I sat there. I flagged someone else 3 people actually until I got the color washed out.by someone else ! today I have very dark brown roots I have blonde hair !!! The spot she missed is now a blotch of color closer to very dark brown I was charged partial cost ( not for the blow dry) BUT MY HAIR IS A MESS very sad I was excited to find a nice salon that I could go to closer to home and it was the worst that could happen, Jennifer never came to me even after it was clear how unhappy I was .. terrible service horrible experience wish I wouldn’t of gone into Ruby Room and will not ever go there, I had a friend at work tell she had had a bad experience there before but I gave it the benefit of the doubt BIG MISTAKE wish I could give it zero stars one is too many

Showed up for my scheduled apt only to wait twenty minutes and then be told they simply did not have time for me because they were busy with another client. No call ahead or care for me as a customer, she was clearly in the middle of another apt and had no intention of doing my hair since the beginning. No apology or sincerity. I believe it is because I am a young college student as opposed to an adult they felt that my time/gas clearly wasn’t as important. I was told I had to make another apt whenever she had availability next. I will never return here and I will not let anyone I know come here, just the lack of respect was enough for me.

I was there on 3/18/22. As always, my stylist Sandy was amazing. I was 5 mins late because I had to get my child on her bus and the bus ran a few minutes late and I live in Acushnet. She understood and wasted no time getting me started. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and what I’d like. She explains what she thinks will work and what won’t. I was there for a root retouch and toner and trim. While applying my color, she advised me that she would be having another client coming in and that she’d be taking some time to go consult with her, to which I was fine with. She went over and consulted but came back not long after saying that they would have to reschedule because the process would take too long and her schedule couldn’t bear it. So she took extra care with my hair seeing as she wouldn’t have to rush. She always takes such care and always asks about my daughter. I have seen other stylists from many salons but I have followed Sandy thru 3 salons now because she is whom I trust the most with my hair. I can’t say enough about the amazing stylist and person she is!

I can’t believe how I was talked to by the owner just so unprofessional I definitely will never return . What are you talking about even your response is rude you spent a whole half an hour cutting my hair I’m so sorry talking to you about how I wanted my hair aggravated your day instead of a normal apology you come back with an insult maybe you should remember the power of the keyboard when you are working with clients.
