I was excited to get a manicure and pedicure. I paid over $120 for services. The pedicure was rushed and one of the toes had half nail polish. The manicure experience was terrible. I asked for a certain French manicure look at the tip of my nails and was told she didn’t have time. I had to ask for a hand massage which lasted a minute. The tech didn’t seem to experienced in nail services.

Tammy was our stylist! After some confusion about what service my daughter wanted for her prom updo we left feeling so happy and excited. Everyone we came into contact with during our visit were polite, helpful and apologetic about the mix up! We waited for Tammy to be finished with her current client so she could do my daughter’s updo and I am so glad we did! My daughter got so many compliments on her hair! Thank you for making my daughter feel beautiful on her prom night!

I was expecting a professional service and high quality spa experience, but unfortunately, was underwhelmed. I booked the DermaSpa Classic Treatment and did not receive a skin analysis with diagnostic device or a home care regimen plan, as the website mentioned.

I had the best experience with Tammy! I came in with hair mid way down my back and wanted a blunt bob. Tammy was very attentive and listened to my request. She gives a great massage when it’s shampoo time, so that’s a bonus lol. If you’re looking for excellent customer service, quality service and a genuine soul then Tammy is your woman! I mean the before and after speaks for itself! Thanks again, Tammy!!

I was gifted a spa day for Mother’s Day. This was my first time having a spa experience so I was super excited. The ambiance the aromatherapy and soft music is really on point. The tranquil room is relaxing and there’s cucumber for your eyes as well as fresh water and cups for tea and coffee. The different service work well together (after the massage, Robert communicated wit the wax lady to notified her I was done). I was a little disappointed because I was able to make a nail appt but not a pedicure. I feel like my experience went down hill from there. Renee did such a good job on my nails I ask if she had an appointment for the next day. She did. While booking it she asked if I wanted the signature pedicure. Like I mentioned this was my first time here so i said yes I want the signature pedicure. Once I got downstairs to check out I realized she hadn’t given me a price list or description of the signature pedicure so I asked the cashier how much was it. The price she mentioned was 3x what I would pay for a pedicure. So I ask for the cheaper option the cashed claimed to have changed it at the time. Once I came back the next morning I didn’t think to check my booking because I trusted they changed it in house. I was charged $40 more than the service I was booked for and once I explained what happened I was still over charged. I just feel like if the customer explained with full detail a miscommunication that happened with YOUR staff then the price I was quoted should have been honored. Instead there was a lot of back and forth and waiting. Because of that I will NOT be returning despite getting great service. I felt taken advantage of and didn’t feel like my needs were placed first concerning payment. I also will not be referring this place to my mother and sister like I originally planned.
