The Princess Party Spa is a spa for all of the little princesses of the world and is located in the Rivertown Mall in Grandville, MI. Built on the desire to give back to the community by offering special experiences for all the little princesses of the world, we offer various spa treatments for girls two years of age through high school. Greeted with a royal robe, our passion is to bring her dreams to life and to shower her with the care and attention she deserves!

Beautiful place love the decorations. They did a good job. Very friendly lady. She was amazing. Too expensive to me. The nail polish came off when my daughter was putting her shoes on. So I asked her to redue the 4 that came off and she did but even after that it lasted a few days. Your girls will definitely feel like princesses. But it was a 1 time thing for our girls.

This is wonderful extra special experience for littles girls! Abby was so kind, gentle and patient with my 3 year old daughter. You get the royal princess treatment with their basic package including a ring, tiara and magic wand to take home! Abby even painted a little flower on my daughter’s ring fingers. My daughter had a blast being treated like a princess! From the moment we walked in (mid-day on a Friday), all attention was on her. She had never received a mani or pedi before and she thought it was so fun! The woman working even brought out a microphone for her to sing along to Disney music.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWe had my Daughter’s 9th Birthday Party at The Princess Party Spa! 6 little girls were pampered to the nines! 😉 It was so organized and well paced, once we got there, I was able to relax on comfortable couches and be in the moment! The girls giggled and gabbed, ooohed and aaahed!We were able to bring in our own cake and do presents on the big pink couches.This was an amazing day for our girl! I would highly recommend The Princess Party Spa for a party, or even a one on one day. Critical: QualityCompletely dissatisfied with the entire experience. Took my daughter and her sister there for her 6th birthday. Booked it 2 1/2 months in advance. It wasn’t busy when we got there. 2 little girls were getting their hair done when we arrived. My girls were rushed through like cattle as of they didn’t have time for them as they were preparing for a birthday party being held there. My daughter cried when we got in the car because she said she looked like a clown (sad that she puts makeup on better then what they did ). I would give ZERO stars if the site would allow it. 100% would not recommend!! Go somewhere else. This place is a joke!Completely dissatisfied with the entire experience. Extremely overpriced for a mediocre service. Really liked the idea of this & took my girls to get a mani/pedi. Had to pay $50 over the phone to book the service, they don’t have a very large selection of nail colors, one girl working on both pedicures my kids (2 & 4) couldn’t even reach the bowl with their feet, both of my girls picked the Mickey Mouse design & were told they can only have ONE color meanwhile there was a whole pallet of 6 colors already squirted on it. Decided not to do the manicure and still had to pay an additional $10. ($60 total)WASTE of time and money. Oh and this is supposed to be a professional salon but there’s Pantene shampoo at the shampoo bowl. Do NOT let your kids get their hair shampooed with that stuff. It’s filled with chemicals & silicone -coming from a licensed cosmetologist.

I booked the princess hair cut package for my daughter. ASSUMING they actually did hair cuts. But for anyone else out there who is wondering, they are not prepped for hair cuts. They only do trims. It was a hair wash, hair cut, and blow out is what the website stated. So I went in expecting just that. She first asked if my daughter wanted her hair washed or just dampened. Very overpriced for what you get. The manicure and pedicure are nothing more than washing the feet/hands and applying polish (basically $65 for this). Services were very rushed. I took my daughter for her 6th birthday along with 5 other friends. The placed seemed for geared toward 5 and under. Overall not what I expected for the price which is very expensive for basic manicure and pedicure. Our polishes were coming off later that day.
