this was my first time visiting this nail spot, and they welcome you with open arms! i want to also mention the music they play, best playlist ever literally. i looked at the reviews before applying my appointment and many of them we’re negative but it’s the complete opposite. obviously, some are going to experience different than others.. but for me this is by far the best nail salon i’ve came too. i highly influence making an appointment before entering the shop although if you didn’t that is perfectly fine because there might be some people available to assist you. as this review comes to an conclusion, i will be attending this shop again. thank you @thenailspot for creating the best experience for me!

I’m not usually one to leave a negative review on businesses and establishments but definitely had to. I walked in with intentions of getting my nails done a little after 11am on a Thursday morning (yesterday) they were NOT busy at all only had 1 customer getting a pedicure. The ladies were not welcoming and just stared at me, when finally asking me what I needed I asked for a full set. They all did not move an inch as to show they’re willing to help and after an awkward pause the lady doing the pedicure asked me if I had an appointment and of course I didn’t. And clearly seeing that the workers were just lounging in the massage chairs figured they’d be available. They didn’t bother getting up. After another awkward pause of all of them looking at each other I just excused myself out because they were not willing to simply even answer any questions or show any signs of willingness to help. Was hoping I’d find my new nail place. Back to the search I go. This place should practice customer service protocols and learn a bit. Probably losing customers with their attitudes. Congratulations to those they welcome as of myself I DID NOT FEEL WELCOMED OR EVEN ENCOURAGED TO TRY COMING BACK AGAIN. I’d understand if it was the weekend or if the shopping center they’re in is a busy location, it’s not. But hey they have their own reasons.

Thought this was going to be my new, dependable and consistent salon for my nail needs after my first appointment going very good, but nope, after this second appointment, I cancelled my future appointment because I don’t want to take the chance of getting chiclets gum nails again. I asked for short natural acrylic nails and the acrylic is thick and lopsided being thicker on the other side. I just came to the realization that these nails are back! My daughter got white acrylic and her acrylic is chipping around her cuticle very bad. Paid over $200 in service and left a tip for each tech. I don’t have it in me to give these nail salons chance after chance and keep giving them my hard earned money for rushed jobs that have become very costly! But I will give them the one star for being nice.
