Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appointment at 5:30 arrived at 5:34. I didn’t call which is my fault but when I arrived they were not ready for me at all, I waited for 30 minutes while having an appointment. It’s not the waiting that I kind but what is the point of making an appointment? I schedule things around it, like picking up my child. Then it’s so unprofessional to just say okay sit down pick a color, which takes a minute. Some people are okay with this type of setup and if you are then you may like this salon. I value my time and expect to be seen at least within 10 mins of my appointment time and if something happens that’s fine but let the customer know what’s happening instead of having them wait and continuing to say oh your next it’s just a few minutes. We all know that line it’s old and it feels disrespectful and inconsiderate of my time.
