Critical: ProfessionalismVery poor customer service. The staff doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in. They’re on their phones. The tech at the station next to me dropped the f-bomb several times during the hour I was there. I scheduled an appointment and waited 40 minutes and no one acknowledged I was even there for an appointment. I left without getting my nails done. Very poor customer service. The staff doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in. They’re on their phones. The tech at the station next to me dropped the f-bomb several times during the hour I was there. I scheduled an appointment and waited 40 minutes and no one acknowledged I was even there for an appointment. I left without getting my nails done. The tech that does my nails does a good job but I won’t go back. It’s not worth putting up with the attitude.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityThis nail salon i wish was better service. I made an appointment for 11:00 and didn’t get started until 11:55. I was told sorry I’m running behind. And to make matters worse I made appointments for myself and my sister and only one person was doing both us I guess. So after my pedicure AND nails were done they were going to call her to come back for her appointment that obviously she really didn’t have an appointment. Even tho it was scheduled for 12 12pm. This nail salon i wish was better service. I made an appointment for 11:00 and didn’t get started until 11:55. I was told sorry I’m running behind. And to make matters worse I made appointments for myself and my sister and only one person was doing both us I guess. So after my pedicure AND nails were done they were going to call her to come back for her appointment that obviously she really didn’t have an appointment. Even tho it was scheduled for 12 12pm. Super annoyed. And timely process. 5 hrs total.

When I told the technician what I wanted (full set with gel) I was given an eye roll and was told she didn’t have time. I was not given the option to wait until another client was done nor did she offer to let me make an appointment. Very poor customer service. The business advertises that walk-ins are welcome however they weren’t willing to take my business. When I told the technician what I wanted (full set with gel) I was given an eye roll and was told she didn’t have time. I was not given the option to wait until another client was done nor did she offer to let me make an appointment. Very poor customer service.
