Easily the best nail salon in Juneau! I’ve had my nails done by just about everyone who works here and the quality is superb. I don’t get anything fancy, but I do like a good dip manicure and there’s a trick to them. They do really nice dip manicures here. Really nice! They have a variety of pedicures from basic to very very fancy, but the spa one gets you a pleasant experience. In the winter the paraffin dip is especially nice. The decor looks like it was lifted from a nail salon in, like, a nice coastal town down south. As chic as it gets in the 907! Friendly, clean, all around nice. And prices are totally commensurate with any other nail salon in Juneau, for a nice experience!

Place was clean and the technician who did my toe nails did a great job! My only major complaint is when I called and made an appointment I was told I could not get a manicure and only a pedicure, after arriving early to my appointment; I heard the gentleman who was taking the phone call make 3 more appointments for the same day at 2 (the time of our appointment) and 2 of which were manicure full acrylic sets. And the third was a group of 5 for pedicures. Again all of these appointments scheduled after our arrival. Also a walk in for a pedicure came in shortly after us and was welcomed and sat at a chair. I asked to get my nails painted again after the end of my pedicure because the had accepted more appointments and a walk-in while I was there; and again was told they could not do it. They were accommodating enough to take off the polish I already had on my nails. I’m just disappointed and felt I was not given the same high level of service as the other customers in and outside of the store.

I am obsessed with my nails. I got a full set of acrylics with five different colors and a glitter accent and I am in love with how they turned out. Ena is an excellent technician and is very much a perfectionist as I am. I couldn’t be more pleased. Ena will always be my go to now!

When I am able to be seen here they do great work, however I have now shown up for my nail appointment o time 3x and this is my 2nd time walking out after waiting over a half hour. The work is good, if you can get it.

The lady didn’t listen or look at what I wanted. She didn’t file them into any shape really. They were all different. I got a dip set. You can see where a hair was in the dip because it’s under layers on my nail. She saw there was a sparkle that wasn’t supposed to be in my solid color and did nothing about it, so I have a very noticeable spot on my nail. The tools did not look clean when she was using them, she noticed every time and did nothing at all to assure cleanliness. I asked for black and she SCUFFED at me. Put a very sparkle black on when I asked for a matte since I did a sparkle nail with another color. Also was told it would be silver and it’s very obviously blue. None of the colors match and I did a very simple and basic set. No designs at all. Very upset with what I got. I had to file my own nails into a reasonable shape since I looked like I had Tostito’s scoops on some of them. Just be cautious of what you’re expecting when you go here. I wouldn’t have gone if I wasn’t desperate before I left town. Learned my lesson, especially since I’m going to have them fixed while out of Juneau. There’s other places in town that are way more worth it and better priced. I got way better quality and way more for the same $65 I paid for my set here.
