Horrible customer service! NEVER BOOK AGAIN – NOT RECOMMENDED! My husband booked a Massage for my back pain that ended up to be less than a sub par experience. Firstly, the location is on a massive property that takes a least 10 min walk from the guest parking lot to the Spa located at the lower level of the building. Especially when you already have back pain, the walk was brutal and painful. We arrived on time as per my timestamped ticket but when we got to the lobby the hotel staff redirected us to the wrong location. Finally arrived to the Spa location and instead of informing me that my service was going to be cut short, OR provide an option of an alternative time, the massage service was just abruptly ended. In addition, the massage guy threw my robe from the door on my chest while I was laying on the table ! NEVER EXPERIENCED This EVER anywhere else ! When the staff asked me how my services was, I told them my massage was cut short – they then proceeded to tell me that I was late so too bad “sorry” we have other guests. I also spoke with the manager who was absolutely USELESS WITH DISRESPECTFUL BODY LANGUAGE! She proceeded to repeat exactly what the staff said, with NO empathy about my circumstances getting to the location. They could have at least offered me at 10-15 min hand/foot massage credit for another date to show that they cared about my experience being cut short and/or cared about repeat business. They don’t deserve ANY STARS for Service! WARNING DO NOT BOOK! We will let our network know NOT to ever book here if you want to be treated with respect and dignity!

My friends and I have twice scheduled a college reunion centered around a trip to Mokara Spa, and each time, the amazing amenities and staff have far exceeded our expectations. Tina is such a sweet soul. She truly has a heart for taking care of others, and it’s so clear how much she adores her job because she is amazing at what she does. Marie, the massage therapist, was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and talented. Every single experience I’ve had has left me longing to schedule the next visit. Highly highly recommend!!

First and foremost, the location and spa are amazing! You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. However, the hair stylist Tara made the entire experience. She knew what she was doing and was patient. There is nothing worse than feeling rushed in a spa, and so her taking her time and being patient made the experience so much better. My hair came out looking healthier than when I walked in and I had a serious boost in confidence due to the amazing new style and cut. She is amazing and I would reccomend her to anyone!

Both me and my mum have our hair done by Tara on a regular basis and we both really enjoy the way Tara takes great care of us, knows exactly what we want and is always open to when we suggest we need a change. She makes us look absolutely amazing! We both love the facilities Of the spa and the staff at Mokara are always friendly and very professional.
