Back In 2014 I tried the Massage Suite with a Groupon and had a great experience with Stephen (who has since moved). Toward the end of that year they had specials on 3 packs of massages, and I bought 2 of them. Then I had an accident that broke 5 ribs and wouldn’t allow me to go through manipulation therapy. My Doctor released me for massages again in the fall of 2015 and I used one of the 3 packs. At that time I received massages from another therapist (I forget his name), but they were not great so I finished the 3 pack and decided to take a break from this place. Here we are in September 2016 and I have not only called, but also emailed requesting verification that my last 3 pack was still valid (though I was told in 2015 they never expire until you activate it, then you have 6 months). It has been 5 days now and I have not heard a word in reply. Perhaps they are no longer in business? I guess I will never know… and I guess I can kiss my $100.00 pack of massages goodbye.

We purchased several Groupon for the Massage Suite and had a couple really nice experiences, until they completely overbooked themselves and could not keep up with the existing schedule. We bought my Mother in Law a 60 minute massage for her birthday. She ended up waiting an hour and a half and was never acknowledged or serviced during that wait.

I have gone several times and have had a massage from each of the three current therapists ( Jessica, Sarah and Stephen) All three were wonderful, And very professional. They each do a very individualized massage and have different styles. If you aren’t sure which one you will like just ask the receptionists they can help you choose.

I purchased a Groupon for my 9 year anniversary last September 2013. Our anniversary was in October, but after trying to schedule an appointment for the 2 of us (which was a fiasco itself) I was informed that they did not have any openings until late December. Trying to schedule two therapists at the same time proved to be an unheard of request because after three changed appointments and a near expired Groupon, we still have not been able to use our anniversary gift to each other. Very disappointed.

Let me start by saying I have not had a lot of massages, maybe from 10 different women. That being said Jessica gave me by far the best massage I’ve ever had. I don’t plan on going anywhere else… unless she quits.

I found The Massage Suite through Groupon, several years ago. I met Jessica and was sooooooooooooooooooo pleased with her. I don’t live very close to their location or I would visit alot more frequently. Jessica is very very very knowledgeable in her field of study. She’s the only one who ever suggested exercises for me to do for my chronic issues. She’s the only one who is ever able to undo all the stress and tension that no one else is ever able to do. I love her, and her staff is very very good. I find it to be a “Good” thing that they are so busy that there is a need to schedule a little further out, that means Jessica and her staff are THAT GREAT! I would highly reccommend Jessica for Massage and or therapy of any type, she’s extremely good at what she does. Love her and the place!

I too found this company through Groupon. Despite a slight delay getting an appointment, it was well worth the effort. I have used Sarah a few times and have come away each time feeling relaxed and very happy with the level of service. I would recommend that others check it out for themselves.

Had a session with Suzanne, this was one of the worst massages I’ve had. I was trying to relax and she was talking the entire time. I will definitely not be going back!!!
