We actually care about results and enjoy the reaction our clients get as they notice results from their very first treatment. Every client has access to my personal cellphone so if they have any questions after the treatment they don’t need to wait until the next business day to speak to someone. I have been to both locations for this business and had great experiences at both of them. The Queens location can be a little tricky with parking but otherwise Rose is a very sweet woman and does a great job. I however spent most of my time at the Williston Park location with Sapna who is a phenomenal person. Very knowledgeable and very efficient as well. I did back and shoulders, and am extremely satisfied with the service from both locations and this business in general.

Went to The Laser Place in Williston Park for laser hair removal. The waiting area is setup like a living room in a home. Very relaxing environment that makes you want to stay a while. Sapna greeted me and explained the procedure. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. She explained what I needed to do for caring for the treatment area. Overall my experience was amazing. The treatment felt like it was tailored specifically to me, and I truly felt that she wanted to ensure that I was getting the best possible results from the treatment. I was super nervous about my first hair removal appointment, but Sapna relieved all my fears. The waiting area is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Sapna took the time to explain the procedure and walk me through what to expect over the coming months. She was very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions until I was ready. She was very gentle and talked me through the more sensitive areas. It is totally worth it! I’ve only had three treatments and my hair is drastically thinner. I already have noticeable bald patches!
