Took our son here for a hair cut. The hair cut is pretty sub par. Once we got home, we realized how bad it was. We tried to get him back in for a touch up, the lady did not answer our phone call. We text her, she replied, what do you need. We wrote back that he needed to be touched up. Never heard back. Text again the 2nd day, never heard back. We text once more that evening to cancel his next appointment. After this she finally responded. We will not return to this facility. It is really disappointing when you try to support a local business and this is what you get in return.
