Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI contacted this business through their website requesting an appt for “any” time on a certain date. They replied there was a 1pm opening. I emailed them back asking how do I confirm the appt and they replied they already scheduled someone else! What?! This is all within about an hour time frame. My request for the appt WAS before this other customer. I replied I was disappointed that I requested an appt first for “any” time on a certain date, they said yes 1pm, but then they go and schedule someone else for 1pm even though I DID ask first for the appt. They replied they are “first come first serve” (which I was the first one to request an appt for that day as evident by them telling me they have a 1pm opening). They then sarcastically wished me “good luck getting in ASAP somewhere else” (the date I requested was not ASAP, it was 10 days in advance and luckily, I was able to get another appt with a business that actually valued and appreciated my business).
