Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityVery unprofessional. Not the cleanest (hair everywhere and dirty vanities) as well as being in a very sketchy area with horrible parking. Owner can be very rude. No call/No show and never received deposit back after booking the appointment against my better judgement.The first time I went to the salon I waited close to 40 minutes before getting in the chair then the stylist started bouncing back and forth between doing my hair and finishing the other person. I ended up being there close to 3 hours for a very simple service. My scalp was burned multiple times so bad to the point I had scabs form a few days later. The stylist was very rough, constantly on the phone while cussing and eating all while doing my hair. She also waited to the end to let it be known she wanted cash even though it is not stated anywhere along with no prices which leads me to believe the prices are based on the customer. Although the end product came out decent(minus some heat damage, I’m sure), the whole experience is extremely uncomfortable, not relaxing and is not worth it.Very unprofessional. The owner was very professional and respectful, and had no problem telling me that there was NO men allowed in the salon and that she would call me directly when my wife was ready. I was a little Leary because my wife has some medical issues as I explained. She reassured me that my wife was in good hands and would be fine. Nice atmosphere great staff. My wife LOVED her hair and said that she has finally found someone to style her hair to her liking

This was my first time coming to Jasmine to get my hair done as well as my first time meeting her, the shop was clean and the decor is beautiful but must of all the vibe, the customer service, and the energy was amazing. I laughed the whole time I was there at her aunt Pam. I shared with jasmine my goals for 2019 and she gave me nothing but encouragement she even invited me to her vision board party to network and meet new people that shares similar goals as I do. Last but not least my hair was SLAYED!!! and still is. Can’t wait to go back and get my sew-in touched up. THANK YOU HAIR CAFE!!!

Very professional. Nice clean and affordable hair shop. I love my hair every time I get out of the chair. She has growing hands and the best hair products. Was scared to try a wig for the first time but she showed me how to put it on and she will adjust it to make sure it is secured. Styles last long and hair stay healthy. Best around if u ask me.

Poor customer service. Was late. My appointment was for 11 am and I didn’t get out until almost 3 pm. Salon was dirty, hair on the floor, dirty vanities. She profusely used profanity, even cussed at her clients. She criticized my bundles and the proceeded to ask me why I didn’t purchase hair from her. She kept stopping my hair to text and even took a phone call. Falsely advertised prices. When appointment was set up I was only aware that I’d be paying 75 instead I ended up paying 115.

I love this salon soo much and Jasmine is a very friendly hair stylist. The salon gives off great energy throughout my entire sitting. Also the hair that the salon sells is AMAZING ! it’s extremely soft and bouncy ! The prices are good and they have many sales throughout the year ! I give this establishment 5 stars due to the service that i received! Jasmine was very professional and welcoming. She made you feel like you was a regular in her salon with her down to earth personality. I’m one of many that hates going to the salon due to the long waits but that’s not the case at this salon the time you book is the time you will get service without the million and one food or phone breaks!
