I stumbled across this place by blessing. Erin was great. The staff isn’t very welcoming or hospitable; that’s what you get at a small “mom & pop” barbershop. Erin was very kind, sweet and nice to my boy once she started servicing us. She did a good job too.

Never even made it past the phone call. I saw on Google that they close at 8pm. I called at 6:45 pm to see if an appointment was needed. Female answered the phone and said they close at 7pm. I asked her if she knew that their advertised hours are to 8pm. She said in a very rude tone “we’re short staffed and have a sign on our door”. I started to say that I couldn’t know that because I’m calling, but before I could even say it, she said in an even more rude tone “yeah whatever” and hung up on me.

Tried to get on the waitlist at 9:40 when I left the house but service was unavailable on the website. Walk in and was the only person there and stylist was finishing up with the only client. Another dude walks in and sits down next to me. Woman calls out “make sure you check in” and I say “oh sorry I tried a few minutes ago and it was down”, “you probably tried while we were closed”. (They open at 9 so no). Before I get back on the website 2nd guy calls out “got it!”. I get it to work now as well but figure hey, I was clearly here first by 5 minutes and it’ll be fine. Nope. She finished with her client, other guy gets up, and I’m all of a sudden invisible to both of them. I left and won’t be back. Terrible service.

I stumbled onto this place as I was looking for a new place to get a haircut for an interview I had that day and as someone who is particular about their haircuts, I decided to trust the reviews. I was absolutely ENTHRALLED with the service and haircut I received from Alyssa! I was excited to get my haircut there for the first time. But she didn’t do a good job, everything is uneven! Everybody seemed nice and they have a good computer system to keep track of appointments. The only issue was the quality of haircut.

Too expensive for little boys haircuts. If you like the EXTRA services, please by all means go. But for an 8 and 6 yr old. They dont need the extra stuff added that wasnt even done to them. And their haircuts were uneven. My boys arent afraid to get haircuts so I would not take my kids here again.
