Went here today for the first time, to get my nails done. I am happy to say, after 14 years of looking in Idaho, I finally found my forever nail Tech, April!! Beautiful Salon, welcoming atmosphere, I love it! Thank you!

I was having a very stressful work week and my hair needing redyed, so I took off the rest of the week last minute. I had no idea if I could get in with anyone the next day, and in the morning no less!

Went to get my hair permed at this establishment, told the hairdresser about previous perms and colourings and that I had a balayage done 6ish months prior. She did the hair strand test and said my hair was good for a perm. Once all the rods were in she put me under the dryer and seemed to disappear, when I was finally able to get her attention I told her multiple rods had popped loose, she fiddles with them and said she couldn’t reconnect them but it should be fine. After disappearing again she showed up about 10 minutes later and finished the process. Sat down in front of the mirror in shock, some pieces were badly burned and frizzy, she told me it was fine and to go home and put olive oil in my hair …. Long story short weeks later I went to see someone else after my hair had been falling out and was so frizzy, dry and brittle. The new hair dresser was appalled and stated my hair was over processed. Went from mid length hair to my back to just above my shoulder. Would advise staying far away from this place.

Wonderful experience !!! Josie gave me the best and most natural permanent I have ever had. Loved being her client- too bad for me that I moved back to WA hope to find someone here that could come close to her personality and skill!!!!!

Do not go to Ariel. She is TERRIBLE at doing nails. I had to leave that salon, and go straight to another, to have my nails fixed immediately, considering I have a very professional job, and it was an embarrassment what my nails looked like. She offers no refunds on her poor service, so you’re entering at your own risk. Be careful.

I went in for a perm and showed her pictures of what I wanted. She told me the curls would be smaller and I was ok with that. I also mentioned I have had my hair bleached and dyed not too long ago. She went ahead with the process. My hair turned out like gum when wet. When she dried it, it wasn’t curly at all only wavy. My hair was 100% lifeless and heavily damaged. When dry, it was very crunchy and frizzy. My hair looked absolutely horrid. She looked unsure and unsatisfied with her work. I even asked how damaged it was and she said some spots are damaged but it was overall not too bad. I didn’t even need to touch my hair to feel the amount of damage. I wish she would’ve mentioned how damaging the process may be to my hair before proceeding. She oftered a free hair trim which was nice but my hair is far in the stages of damage for just a trim.

Love Karen Sauer the owner. She has been making my hair beautiful for years! She is an excellent visionary of what will work and what won’t and will tell you honestly what she thinks.
