Katrina in particular is very personable and always helps her to select a style that is absolutely perfect! All of the salon is clean and well kept. The salon products that they offer are the best on the market. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy 4 year old was so excited to get her bangs cut for Christmas. We booked an appointment and they told us to come between 5:40 and 5:45 which I thought was weird how I don’t have an exact time. I got there at 5:44 and they wouldn’t take us because my stylist refused my service because she had to leave.Rosa, the front receptionist said she had a miscommunication with her and that she couldn’t take me. The Grand is a great salon that has evey service you need. It’s beautiful decor and high ceilings are awesome. Lina is a great stylist I’d recommend with plenty of experience and very reasonable prices. She can be creative or simply copy a style from a magazine that you like, but she is always consistent with her work very easy to talk to. The Salon is in a great spot too, with plenty of restaurants and fast food establishments within it’s plaza. It’s also right off the freeway making it very easy to access. You can’t go wrong with coming here.

I never do reviews but I stopped in to the Grand yesterday and asked for any available stylist for a haircut. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left with a great new style, I was treated wonderfully. Vanessa Garcia created a new “do” that looks great and was the envy of everyone today at work. On a scale of 1-5 – I would give the experience a 10. Will definately return.

This review is solely because of the great work that RaNae Mendiola does with my hair. I’ve only been going to The Grand since RaNae moved to this salon and will follow her if she moves again. That’s not too say the my experience at this salon has not been good, because it has, however, RaNae has been cutting and styling my hair, my mom’s hair, and my sister’s hair since I was a little girl. When I moved, after college, I tried two or three times to find another hair stylist, but no one did as wonderful a job as RaNae. I finally gave up and started making the hour long drive to have RaNae cut my hair. I never know what I want to do with my hair, but with RaMae’s great talent, it always comes out beautifully. Besides being a fantastic hair dresser, she is personable, a great conversationalist, and full of energy. I highly recommend, RaNae as your next hair stylist. She does everyday styles for both men and women’s hair and styles for special events like weddings and proms.
