The waiting time is long. Talked with the nurse and told her that I got a bad reaction on my current ointment, so I requested for a new type of ointment. When the doctor came I didn’t know he prescribed me the same ointment. I didn’t know not until I got it from the pharmacy. Plus, After 6 months from my last appointment, I received a bill from the company for the past appointments I had.

I went to get treated for acne at this location and had used my HSA account to mail a check to pay the bill that was sent to me. In Oct. 2018, they resent the bill stating it was overdue so I had called to clear it up. Multiple calls later, the billing department was insisting no such check was sent so I had called my HSA and we did a three way call. The HSA and bank provided proof that the check was cashed by the Dermatology group. Their representative had responded that they don’t know which account the money went to, which the HSA agent had told them that was not the patient’s responsibility and that it’s not my fault they had lost the money. Since I had never received any other contact from them, I assumed the matter was finished but Aug.2020 my credit score tanked just as I am trying to refinance because they sent the bill into collections. Now I need to waste my time disputing it because this place is beyond terrible.

Awful experience. Even if you arrive early to your appointment you will wait forever. After an hour of waiting there is no end in sight. Made appointment at 6:50 in morning so my daughter would not be late for school, now she is late for school after waiting so long. Prior to this I had spent 4-5 times on the phone trying to get her test results because they would never call back with the results. They are extremely unprofessional.

The care here is very good; the scheduling not so much. They over schedule –alot–so don’t plan on being seen for at least an hour after your scheduled appointment time.
