I have been seeing Tiffany at the Brow Studio for years. I get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. This also includes a meticulous shaping and grooming of my brows. I walk in looking a hot mess and leave 30 minutes later looking l have my act together. I am so happy with her service I cannot recommend her enough. She is also a personable and kind lady.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI saw Shelli for a lash lift. It didn’t take. (Please note that I’ve had them done at other locations before, and they have turned out amazing.) I assume I was visibly upset, but she acted as though the service was complete, telling me my lashes would curl more throughout the day. Unfortunately, they didn’t. They are still stick straight.Before leaving my appointment Shelli said to call back if they didn’t turn out, so she could redo them. I visited on Saturday afternoon. They were closed Sunday and Monday. My husband called for me when they were open on Tuesday. Shelli acted as though we were inconveniencing her, stating she normally only fixes an issue within 48 hours. They were closed for those 48 hours… how could I have it fixed then? The kicker is, Wednesday I leave for a week long trip (the whole reason for the lift), so I wouldn’t be able to get in before we leave anyway. She seemed annoyed by this and unwilling to help or provide a refund.I wish I wouldn’t have done the “Minnesota Nice” thing by leaving a tip for a shotty job. I saw Shelli for a lash lift. It didn’t take. (Please note that I’ve had them done at other locations before, and they have turned out amazing.) I assume I was visibly upset, but she acted as though the service was complete, telling me my lashes would curl more throughout the day. Unfortunately, they didn’t. They are still stick straight.

I was nervous to get my brows done for the first time, but Brook and the Brow Studio made the process painless! The studio is very relaxing with quiet tunes and comfortable chairs. The team is funny, knowledgeable and my brows look amazing. There is no better place to get your lashes or brows done than the Brow Studio!

Jacey has waxed my brows twice and I love them! She is really good at her job. I’ve been getting my brows waxed for over 14 years by various people and she has by far done the best job I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend her and The Brow Studio!

The shop is cute and the ladies are friendly; however, I dont think it was worth the price for tinting and brow shape. I have had my eyebrows shaped better for way less at nail salons. The tinting seemed to fade the same night. I was given no aftercare instructions after my tint. Will not return and would not recommend.

I’ve been seeing Brook for brows for 10 years and she’s the only person I trust! I have red hair and very light brown brows, so I get them tinted. I don’t know how she does it, but the tint matches perfectly. I always leave looking amazing!

I have gone to Jacy primarily for over a year now and she has transformed my brows. They look so much better – not that I thought they looked bad before. Additionally, the process is incredibly relaxing. They have chairs to lie back in, relaxing music, and the process is painless. Also, they have convenient on line scheduling. Sounds odd….but I actually look forward to getting my brows done!
