Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI love this place! It’s always very clean and everyone is always so friendly. As soon as you come in they’d take your jacket or coat and offer you a drink. I’ve always been seen on the time that the appointment was scheduled which is a huge plus for me because I get very impatient hahaha Sasha is amazing! Lately I’ve been going there looking into trying new things and she’s very good at suggesting things that compliment me. Sasha is easy to talk to and always makes sure you’re satisfied before you leave. I went from dark to greyish to reddish and I was so nervous. I’ve also gotten different style of haircuts. I always love the results! I feel fabulous walking out those doors every time she does my hair hahaha….. also the assistant Maria is so gentle and sweet! When washing my hair she’s careful not to get water all over the place nor to pull my hair when untangling it (which I’m very grateful) Overall, all my experiences have been wonderful. I love this place! It’s always very clean and everyone is always so friendly. As soon as you come in they’d take your jacket or coat and offer you a drink. I’ve always been seen on the time that the appointment was scheduled which is a huge plus for me because I get very impatient hahaha Sasha is amazing! I love The Bright Beauty Salon. Dila is very nice and welcoming. She is very confident of her skills and knowledgeable when it comes to hair. It was nice seeing someone who enjoys her job and wants to make sure that everything that is done is to expectations of the client. I was extremely happy with the outcome. My color, cut and overall look was great. I was so happy to see my hair look so great, and I loved everything that was done. The entire staff is incredibly kind. All around a great experience. Highly recommend and I will be back there soon!

After a bad quarantine at-home dye job I thought I was going to have to spend multiple sessions to get my hair looking normal again. As well as lots of money. By the grace of the hair gods I stumbled upon this place and am forever grateful I did! My stylist was Miranda and she has a wealth of knowledge and experience. We sat and talked over my options and she had some really great advice on how to correct the color without damaging my hair. She ending up only processing my hair once to achieve a natural amazing color that has so much dimension and really complements my skin! She also gave me tips on how to keep my color looking great which I really appreciated. This was my first time at this salon so I was given a 20% off discount on top of their already very reasonable prices for the location and aesthetic. Very clean and very safe! Miranda is the absolute best! She listens to what you want and makes it happen. She is so talented and experienced I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! Not to mention she’s so sweet and makes being at the salon for hours on end a lovely experience:) the salon is very clean and beautiful, all the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
