This is genuinely the BEST nail salon you’ll find in town. I have done gel and acrylic before but nothing compared to the work they do at THE BEST NAILS. I worked with Ivanna and Marina, they are outstanding nail artists. Their work is precise and creative! I often go in with no idea of what I want and come out with some fabulous nail designs they created for me. I get so many compliments! And my nails last as beautiful as day one for over a month!

The attention to detail and care that they had while working on my gel extensions was so incredible. I have very tiny nail beds and they were able to make my nails look amazing! I had the best experience at this nail salon!! I have been to many salons in the city of Boston and have never been so happy with the end results. Marina paid such close attention to detail and she is an artist with her nail art. My nails came out beautiful! I will definitely be going back. I always go to this salon to do my nails and toes and also some of my girlfriends are coming to the salon too, and when I read the negative reviews below – I can totally say that they are not true at all! All the girls that work in this salon are the sweetest girls ever; and even if some of them don’t speak English fluently – they have a manager who always helps the customers, so there’s no problem with a communication. I’ve also done my nails with several girls there and all of them were the best! One time I also was doing my nails and they had a client at the same time who was absolutely a disaster and insane, she was yelling and behaving crazy, so maybe one of the negative review is hers and I just wanna say that other people in the salon were in shock that day… So please, don’t believe those negative reviews cause I guess sometimes people can be delusional and think that they are right when they are wrong. This salon is still the best salon in Boston area with the best service and prices, so I would definitely recommend you coming here 🙂

I see Anastasia – she knows the nail shape I prefer, files to perfection, removes all cuticle, and paints my nails beautifully. Worth the price! I usually book every 4 to 5 weeks – the product used and application allows me to wait this long…as long as I keep a nude color!

I have had 2 gel manicures here and they are some of the best – if not the best – that I’ve had. Normally I walk out of the nail salon just a little underwhelmed because the nail isn’t straight or something like that. Not the case here: They are so meticulous with their work. Both sets of gel nails have lasted at least one full month. I type every day at work and the tips did not chip at all. My first set lasted 5 weeks. I would waited to get them redone, but my nails got too long and started to get annoying. The only suggestion I have for the salon is that it can be tough to communicate with the nail techs – some of them speak very little English making it tough to communicate exactly what design i want.

Don’t even bother coming to this studio; they will lie to rail you in to get an appointment. The girl who answers the phone always says she has the color in stock. And when you get there and are sitting down to get your gel nail extensions done she will wait til the last minute to tell you they don’t have the color or can’t do the design. Not to mention this has happened more than once just to get clients in and take your money and later on to not be happy with the color. I got my full set of extensions done and within a few days my nails broke. It did not last at all. They claim they use all organic vegan products that does not harm our health, but every time I go its different products not the same. They are definitely cutting corners. They don’t even sanitize after every customer. The owner of this salon is extremely a B**ch who has no customer service skills and forces those girls to lie about their products being organic and about having all the colors and designs. The owner does not care about making customers happy only about charging the customer especially when nails break within a week that’s just poor quality on this business.
