Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have been a patron of this business since it opened, and was a patron of the business where Rebecca worked before opening her spa. I am so glad to see the spa open again, even on a limited basis. While the steps taken by the staff to maintain a safe space are a minor pain in the butt, I understand them completely and found it a non-issue. In fact, I am impressed by the strict adherence to the sanitary guidelines in this time of COVID-19.As always, the staff were such a pleasure to interact with. I am happy with what I had done (hair trim, cellophane, and eyebrow trim). Kerry and the other staff who worked on me were a wonderful combination of skill, professionalism, and just plain fun. (My apologies, ladies, for forgetting the names of the aethestician and receptionist. Once again, my name forgetting issue is out in full force.
