I really like the new method of perm that Thai gave me. It is soft curl and easy to take care of. I would like to emphasize on the sanitary practice. Thai did not disinfect the combs and brushes , neither wipe down the chair between customers. He was doing my hair , then came to touch the other customer’s hair without washing or sanitizing his hands. I hope he reads my comments and improves the cleanliness.
