My daughter and I went in for pedicures and we were seated in the chairs in cold water for over 30 mins! No one asked were we ok, tried to service us or anything. It wasn’t extremely busy at all, I finally just asked for towels to dry our own feet and left! Will never go againService sucked

Went there 3 times never had a problem before. They did a great jobs on my nails. But today I went there was waiting for just a few minute then this lady on the pic started to work with me (soaking off my old ones) Just manicure today. Then the other customer walked in no appointment (just like me) and she wanted to to pedicure and manicure. The lady that was started with me she went to get that lady settled I thought it was just that but the nail lady just started to do her nail without saying anything to me and left me waiting. I understand that doing both she will get a better tip with I just do manicure for today but it should be first come first serve. Probably have to find another place to do my nails. Bye

There’s a lack of consistency at this salon. Not all nail techs can do acrylic which causes unnecessary wait times and different service outcomes. On my last visit I got an overlay, it cracked the next day. I returned for a repair, and I was charged for the repair even though I hadn’t bumped the nail or done anything to cause it. Then I was charged for using my debit card as well. The extra charges and inconvenience of returning has caused me to find another nail shop.

Went to get pedi and ended up with mani and pedi. Got gel nails they did a great job. 1.5 hrs fo3 mani pedi which I think is great because they were slammed. Returned 3 weeks later Sunday July 18th and got my nails done again and was in and out in 45 mins. Which was fabulous. Very happy customer

Me and my two sisters got acrylics and all three of us had multiple crooked nails. I can’t speak for my sisters but my acrylic was applied poorly and even lapped over my cuticles (which they didn’t cut or push back) on a couple nails.

Very disappointed in the service from this weekend. The guy tech was terrible and they didn’t care about doing them right at all. I’ve gone here for a while, but before you get another dollar from me, and waste my money, I’ll go back to press on nails!!!!!! Acrylic nails
