Terraform Wellness is operated by Selah Carr, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® practitioner, life enthusiast, and an all-things-body-related nerd. The goal of her practice is to help each client curate a habitable space within their own body so they can best engage in this beautiful journey of life. Whether through easing tension or recalibrating the nervous system through massage, addressing hormonal/menstrual related symptoms or enhancing fertility through Maya Therapy, each client is seen, heard and supported on their journey.

A massage from Selah is always an amazing experience. I recently experienced Maya therapy for some issues I have with endometriosis and adenomyosis, and I could not be happier with the drastic results.
