I hate leaving negative reviews, but I’m pretty upset about my nails. I had to refile most of them when I got home because they were jagged. I was not asked if I liked them after the appointment, so I did not express my concern then. When I pay to get my nails done professionally, I at least expect them to be filled decently. Some of the dip is also touching my skin, so I hope it doesn’t start lifting early. I’m leaving a couple stars because the nail tech was nice

Nails look nothing like what I asked for!!!!! The guy who did them RUSHED and didn’t even look at the picture I showed him!! When the lady asked if I was satisfied I said no she said something to him and he was very rude and nonchalant about the poor service he provided !! I went to TD nails for a simple gel manicure. The lady doing my manicure was rushing to do my nails while also leaving to answer phone calls and work on someone else’s nails at the same time. She spent less than a minute trimming my cuticles and filing my nails leaving them bleeding and uneven. I also asked for a simple flower design and was left with something that hardly resembles a flower. It is now 4 days later and my polish is already chipping and peeling away. The price was definitely not worth the service I received.

They got us in same day, so I gave them two stars for that. And they did a fantastic job on my mom’s nails. My nails however, didn’t turn out very well. She was too aggressive with the electric buffer. Two of my fingers bled and three others are raw and shredded. And she didn’t cover the entire nail with the second coat. Then at checkout, she gave me a piece of paper with instructions to review her. I said ok, but then she indicated that she wanted me to review her right then and there, before I paid. I thought that was inappropriate and unprofessional. It was intimidation. So I lied and said I did then posted this review later.

Told lady I needed a fill and this is what my fill looks like sad to say It’s embarrassing. When we first got there they rushed us to choose colors and more or less was telling us what they wanted to do. Would not recommend. During my session she would answer the phone make appointments greet customers. Stood up the entire time my nails were getting done. Was not very friendly.

This was my 1st time visiting TD Nails and Spa. I felt a little rushed when I 1st came in to pick out a nail color but that is my only complaint. There is a large selection of colors and the staff was friendly. The gentleman who did my nails didn’t give me his name and he was great. He made sure my nails were perfectly smooth and covered. After my nails were done, I had a paraffin soak for my hands. While I was sitting with my hands wrapped I was given a massage chair to relax in. I didn’t realize how much I needed that until I was done. I left happy and relaxed and I paid less than I do at my other salon.
