Do not go to Nikki Hall she just threw color on my hair and the application was all over the place I couldn’t even wear my hair up I had roots showing every where and the places she did dye it looked like my hair had already grown out she didn’t go all the way to the roots by an inch in some places. She was rude when I told her and showed her pics. She said so what do you want a refund or something. Made me feel like I wanted my hair done for free and there was no real problem. Brittney Phillips came though and fixed my hair and I love it. Brit had alot of challenges fixing it because of Nikki but she pushed through and it looks amazing

Don’t go to Nikki. I spent $130 for her just to put a couple foils in my hair. What a waist. She didn’t even listen to what I wanted. And left me with a broken hair dryer for ever twice. And I still tipped her good. Which she didn’t deserve. She wasn’t even social. If I could give her a no star I would. Very uncomfortable hair day.

Critical: ProfessionalismSent my son into salon today 12/23 @3:10 pm, to get a gift card for my sister who goes there all the time and was refused service not only did they refuse to sell him the gift card, after he walked out to find out the stylist name, they locked the door! I left a prior review about how Britney messed up my hair. (I’m now on my husbands account) But I just wanted to say after that I started doing my hair with Rose and Rose is absolutely amazing!! she did my root when I was platinum a few times before I had to stop (because they were getting too bad) and it was amazing she figured out how to work with my hair and get it done 10x quicker then anyone else then after not being able to be platinum anymore she added lowlights and a smudge root to try and save my hair without going dark brown or black and she did a AMAZING JOB I loved Rose! And only stopped going because I moved and I don’t know what I’m going to do without her Lol but 5 stars for Rose! ❤️❤️❤️

BRITTANY DESTROYED MY HAIR!!!!…first off Im going to be totally honest. I have very dark brown hair, and very stubborn, hard to work with. Now backstory I gradually went from darkest brown (my natural hair color) to a very light beige blonde my hair was still very healthy because I did it gradually with low volumes of bleach and several hairdressers told me I have the strongest hair they seen so my hair was actually veryyy healthy for blonde I walked in Taylor Nicole salon with my beige blonde hair but a had a few strands throughout my hair that where more orange toned I just wanted a color correction get them all one Even color I spoke with Brittany and told her multiple times my hair was hard to work with and I just wanted my hair all one even color nothing differ well she said no problem she said “I got you girl” at the consultation. Afterwards when I went to get them done she slapped 40 volume bleach all over my head top of my hair turned platinum ice blonde (which i actually loved) and the bottom was a orange toned blonde (different then the color I walked in with) I look in the mirror and instantly I wanted to cry but I didn’t because Brittany my hairdresser the profession starts bawling on the floor having anxiety (which is no joke I also get anxiety) but as a professional hairdresser?? I was so scared then she said I don’t know what to do so all the other hairdressers helped her and apologized to me multiple times she wind up bleaching my hair another 2 times with 40 volume!! My heir got bleached 3 times in 1 day with 40 volume my hair turned out platinum which I actually loved! My hair i didn’t fall or nothing (very strong hair I guess?) well I paid her and she told me I’ll just keep the price at 100 I won’t charge you more because she did more work?? I tried making another appointment with her after my root grew she lied me she was out of town because another girl at the salon took me and she was there that day I continued to do my hair but I couldn’t anymore let me tell you it caught up with me my hair is breaking off so much it’s crazy I have little baby pieces Of hair can’t put them up because they look crazy and all chopped my hair is destroyed hairdressers told me that because of that 1 time bleaching my hair with 40 volume 3 times it messed up my hair so me going gradually blonde doing a slow process was all messed up in one day with Britney

I made an appointment a month ahead of time and I got a call the day before for a reminder.. There was 5 of us having our hair done for my Renewal.. We arrived at 5:59 a.m and our stylist was waiting for us! I went in with no clue how I wanted everyone s hair and Christal our stylist rocked it.. They all turned out Beautiful….. Thank you for making our day Amazing!!!
