I came here based on reviews to get gel tips. Overall I’m impressed, the color looks great and the shape is great. My only complaints are that they are slightly tilted up in an odd way (could just be my nail shape), and that glue was stuck on the skin part of my nail which was uncomfortable, but I was able to fix it. I think I’d come here again, everyone was very friendly!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI asked for a dipped manicure and the nail tech sped through dipping my nails without even giving me the manicure I had to pay for. She hurt me multiple times during the process, never stopping to say sorry or even stop going over the same painful spot. She didn’t even try hard on my nails and left them looking uneven, not fully dipped, and pretty horrible. I asked for a dipped manicure and the nail tech sped through dipping my nails without even giving me the manicure I had to pay for. She hurt me multiple times during the process, never stopping to say sorry or even stop going over the same painful spot. She didn’t even try hard on my nails and left them looking uneven, not fully dipped, and pretty horrible. I will not be returning and I’m very upset about the quality of nails I payed over $40 for.

The best of the best when it comes to nail salons in Austin. Excellent service and a super clean environment. Whenever I come in I always feel so welcome and am always taken care of. Best gel manicure I’ve ever received and you really get a bang for your buck.

would not recommend. sat there for 20 minutes waiting before my manicure started. the lady who did my nails spoke almost no English and didn’t understand anything i asked for, making multiple mistakes. when i corrected her on my nails, she was rude and annoyed. went home and just redid them myself. waste of time, money, and patience. will not be going back.

I didn’t like that too much because the linking been two colors was ‘off’ , ‘jagged’. Just not straight perfect. You could just tell by looking at them. My issue though is that I had broke a nail already 3 days after. And then another one today. That’s just unacceptable. The lady was definitely rushing throughout the whole process. I got my nails done Oct 4th from this place. It’s not the 12th. French red tip. With bottom half a different color. They decided to use dip powder. I didn’t like that too much because the linking been two colors was ‘off’ , ‘jagged’. Just not straight perfect. You could just tell by looking at them.
