I was new to Charlotte in 2009, and just happened to find Jeffre Scott (God works in wonderful way!). I have been a client of Charlton Alicia’s ever since. He’s artistic but won’t sacrifice the health of your hair or skin for a look! BUT you will look and feel fabulous! If you haven’t already, do yourself a favor and go for a visit! Charlton and his staff are wonderful and will make you feel and look marvelous!
