Critical: Professionalism, ValueI value small business and therefore would never leave a bad review on single experience. i went to this salon on 3 separate occasions and i was disappointed all 3 times. The first time i went was a couple of years back and they couldn’t handle my hair? I have thick south Asian hair and its long. I asked for a blow out and what i got was a poufy mess. I literally had to go home and redo the ends myself because i had a wedding to attend. In June i went back for highlights – spent upwards of $400 and what i average, i was okay with it i wanted mini highlights not free style. but i didn’t say anything because it was literally my first time getting highlights, and maybe i didn’t know the process. Most recently i needed a trim, root smudge and glaze. i booked them because i unexpectedly had to go to an event. i booked in advance. the entire appointment was rushed. Even after confirming what i needed done once i got there, the hair dresser washed my hair and started with the glaze- l – i was so confused- again i’m new to hair coloring so i just went with it, then she says oh okay your done, im like huh? i need a root touch up. and i need a tirm?
