Went tanning last night and the owner was very nice and attentive. He took care of me and set me up with a Level 3 Sunbed. My color came out great. Very clean and beautiful salon. DO. NOT. GO. HERE!!!! SCAM ARTISTS! Literally went here on a friend’s recommendation. Went for a little while, and when I went to cancel my membership the girl behind the desk said, “Oh no, don’t do that! Just freeze it and when you want to reinstate your membership, we’ll use the funds that we have pulled out of your account towards your bill.” Sounds like a plan right? Wrong! I jsut called because I saw on my credit card statement that it was still coming out, and I wanted to reinstate my membership. Only to find out that you have to use YOUR MONEY ONLY TOWARDS PRODUCT FROM THE STORE! IT DOESN’T GO TOWARDS YOUR BILL!!!!!! So I want everyone else to know how this has gone down. And honestly, you can pay WAY less for a membership for Planet Fitness for 20$ some odd dollars a month and they have tanning beds! Save your money and look elsw where to get your tan on.

I had been holding off on getting a tan membership for years. I kept going back and forth, wasn’t really sure if I would use it or if it would be worth it. So I always just paid for one-time services like spray tanning and things like that. Well, I finally decided to join Tan It All after they were having a great September/October sign up special and I have not regretted my decision yet. I never tanned in the UV beds before, only paid for spray tans but since joining I have come to enjoy my tanning experience. The place is so clean and the staff is very friendly. Rachel was a huge help to me. She helped me find an intensifier and bronzer lotion combo that I absolutely love. She was very knowledgeable in her explanations of the different types of lotions which made me confident in my choices. I get so many compliments on how fast I have tanned and some people seriously can’t believe it because I was so pale before. (Shout out to 949 and 310 Cali products). I have not used their spray tanning services yet but I did get an Airbrush tan from Rachel for a wedding and I loved it! The color was so even and looked amazing. I know it’s only been a couple months but I am very impressed with the service and quality provided by Tan It All Round Rock.

Dayla at Tan it all is amazing. This chain has the best products and incredible customer service. This I know because I’ve tried the competition and there’s no comparison. The beds and the spray solution is top of the line. I can’t tell you how nice it is to know that the ladies here know their stuff and trust me Hats but common in other salons.

I started my tanning experience at Tan It All about a year ago and cannot be more pleased with my overall experience. I cannot give enough praise about management and staff. They have been absolutely wonderful and immediately handled any issues or concerns that came up. If you are looking for someplace to tan, I highly recommend Tan It All.

I was happy my husband who works out at God’s gym told me about Tan it all. I love that you are not charged a monthly fee whether you are tanning or not, I also love that you can pay as you go. I was not aware of this review until Robert mentioned it to me he was very helpful.

I paid for a membership here for 1 month. I got a gym membership that offered tanning beds so I cancelled my membership about a week before my 2nd draft was set to hit. When I got a notice they attempted to draft my account I followed up and they said I had to pay the failed debit fee before they would cancel of course I challenged this as I had already requested they cancel my membership before this draft so I will not pay this fee. They finally agreed to cancel my membership. I again received notice of an attempt to draft my account a month later once I contacted someone they again assured me that my account had been closed but when I questioned further they said it hadn’t been closed. Until I pay these fees from the debit payment not processing. The fees should not be charged in the first place. This Is a nice establishment and great tanning beds but the way they handle cancellations needs to change. I still am fighting about this. It should not be this hard to cancel a membership!

Don’t waste your money. It turned my face orange and no color what-so-ever on my legs. I do have white legs, but I have had tans before and I looked like I had a great tan. Not this one. The manager said I turned orange because my PH levels were off because I eat a lot of fruits and veggies..BS! It didn’t happen at to other place. I went here because it was closer to my house, now that I moved. I bought a groupon. So, I scrubbed it off my face as we were leaving on vacation the next morning.
