Critical: Professionalism, ValueI had a tanning membership here for 5 or 6 years, after I moved and realized I would not use it any longer I went into the location, in person and signed a cancelation. I was told I should not be charged since I came in prior to the ACH payment processing deadline. However, Tan Factory proceeded to charge my account that month. I called and the girl who answered the phone and I explained what happened asked the owner if “he wanted to deal with her?” (aka me) HOW UNPROFESSIONAL….so he was there and blew me off and the girl told me he would call me back. Over a week goes by and no call, so I call again and speak directly with the male owner and he does not show I ever cancelled my account. When I told him I came in, in person and signed a paper he asked if he could once again call me back. Here we are 2 weeks later NO CALL back and THEY WITHDREW ANOTHER PAYMENT FROM MY ACCOUNT!!! I just called back AGAIN and the girl at the front desk pulls up my account and says, “Oh yes ma’am I do see that but we never found a signed cancelation form.” What? Why?
