I was going to get gel but decided not to. Gel starts at $54 and regular nails are $37–in the end my nails ended up costing more than gel and I chose the regular set. The service was quick and they decided to improvise on my nails after a quick glance at the picture. She told me it’d be easy and shouldn’t cost much, my nails in total should be around $50. The designs came out rigid, it was so quick she could’ve taken more time to actually make my nails look smoother. And in the end the total was $67. Doesn’t really look anything like what I asked for. #NotWorth

Critical: Professionalism, QualityAwful service, they want to do whatever is fastest and easier for them without paying attention on what you want as a client, even if you show them pictures.. plus trying to finish your service the fastest possible with poor quality just to not loose the walking clientele. I ended up all stressed not with the design I wanted because when you tell them to fix or add something they get mad, you can tell by their rude attitude. I feel bad because I took a friend with me (I’ve gotten services there before) and we both were treated the same. it’s okay. they do a very nice job with eyebrows but only okay job with nails. my mom god a regular manicure and I got a fill for acrylics. my mom’s manicure was rather sloppy and they look like any person on the street did them, not a nail tech. I love the results of my fill but not the process. a little rough and a little too quick. might come back but unlikely.

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. They had to do and redo my manicure because my nails were uneven, there was glue stuck to my fingers, they try to tell me that it was my dry skin. Dry skin doesn’t look like that. And they redid my nails they were bumpy and again uneven. They were completely dry before I left the salon took me 15 minutes to get home took a shower and 3 out of 10 came off. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. what a waste of $42!!! #PISSED

Love this salon! They do an amazing job EVERY time we go. Mostly we get pedicures and an occasionally manicures. They do great designs. Today my sister-in-law showed them a picture of a simple design on line and they put it on her toes. I got fireworks, another friend got an American Flag, and my sister left her toes plain. They always look great.
